Look Slim and OOZE Healthiness This Way

I don’t want to shock anyone but I probably will with this transformation I’m about to go through. In all honesty, I want to look slim and be dripping with healthiness. My plan of action is quite simple it consists of juicing to keep my body healthy and to lose some fat, doing calisthenics to keep my body young and fit, and another physical activity the the choirs physicality is cardio. I don’t know if you have the same ideal as me about transforming your body but below you can see into my plan of getting fit and staying that way.



Get Fit At Home


It's not a secret at all everybody wants to have a nice body. The only problem is some people including me miss gym days, feel too tired, or don't have the drive to get up and push ourselves to have that great body. Truthfully you don't need a gym and that's why I have calisthenics in my plan. As I said, calisthenics doesn’t require you to have a gym membership come on all the requires is for you to take some time out of your day and be committed to wanting to change your body., basically it's all body weight workouts that give you a healthy looking tight and sexy body.


Now when I say that it's body weight workouts hear me out, they may sound simple but if you push yourself you can really get some work in. Here’s a list of 10 exercises I plan on incorporating and to transforming my body.

• Planks: Builds Core Muscles (especially when you rotate your torso)

• Inverted Pull Ups: Or regular pull ups. Check out this pull-up band

• Dips

• Body weight squats: Leg Day... Never skip leg day

• Pushups: Eveyone's go-to workout

• Split squats: Tougher Leg Day challenge

• Crunches: Too easy huh?

• Jumping Jacks: Even easier? Do 100.

• Lunges

• Glute Bridges: Build those butt muscles


Juice For A Couple Days


Another strategy to lose this ”dad bod” is to start juicing, which is a natural detox by the way. I'm no stranger to eating fruits and vegetables but juicing them can make it go down better and encourages me to try ones I wouldn't have tried before.





I didn't plan on going crazy with my schedule. I'm aiming at about one a day and maybe a 3 day juice cleanse a month. I really want to shed this gut and look as well as be healthy. A few juices I’ve already tried and loved are a blueberry and red cabbage juice, carrots and oranges, and a spinach and apple juice. All were tasty and pack many healthy benefits to keep your body in check.





Get Out And Move

Finally I’ll be adding cardio to my routine. I’ve heard somewhere that the best way to burn fat and build muscle is to do cardio. I’m really inspired by my little brother who I never thought would be an athlete camera turned out to be more than prominent which led him to get a college scholarship we’re track and field.



He has graduated college for about three years now but every day he runs at least three to five miles. I’m not gonna do that many miles a day but my plan is to at least walk or jog or a combination of both for at least one hour a day. I do have a gym membership so on my gym days I’ll do 30 minutes of cardio on any machine that I feel that day.


One day I will run a marathon I don’t know how far in the future that is going to be but whether it is ½ or full marathon I plan on running one. With all this physical activity I also want to do some kind of challenge that comes to town that requires you to sign up and register.

Well, this is a little glimpse into my plan for looking more slim and being more healthy. I’m tired of being chubby. I know anything that you do in life has to do with the mindset and my mind is now made-up I want to lose his dad by and I want to look healthy, I want to be healthy, and most importantly I want to feel good about myself.
